1. Service Description

InstantReelz provides an AI-powered video generation platform that enables businesses, creators, and professionals to create short-form promotional videos. Our Services allow you to:

• Generate vertical videos from photos and business information
• Upload and manage photos and media assets
• Create AI-generated scripts and voiceovers
• Download and share generated videos
• Access sub-products including LocalReelz and PropertyReelz

2. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

3. Payment Terms and Credits

Credit System

InstantReelz uses a credit-based payment system. Video generation requires credits, which you purchase through our platform. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased. We will provide notice of significant pricing changes.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.

Refunds

Credits are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue refunds or credit adjustments at our discretion for technical issues, service failures, or inaccuracies caused by our system. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction.

Generated Videos

You own the videos generated through our Services and have full commercial rights to use, share, and distribute them. However, you acknowledge that:

• Videos are created using our proprietary AI technology
• You must have rights to any photos or content used in video generation
• You are responsible for ensuring video content complies with applicable laws
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content before publishing

Our Platform

InstantReelz and our Services, including all software, algorithms, designs, and trademarks, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our platform.

6. Third-Party Data and Integrations

Accuracy of AI-Generated Content

While we strive for accuracy in our AI-generated content, we do not guarantee that all information in generated videos is completely accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before publishing or distributing it.

No Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• InstantReelz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• We are not liable for third-party content or data
• We are not liable for your use or misuse of generated videos

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InstantReelz, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your Content or generated videos
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment
• Any reason at our discretion with notice

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, but these Terms will continue to apply to your prior use of the Services. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
